Process

How it works: from robot idea to production

A clear path from concept to container. A working prototype takes 4 weeks once your requirements are fully confirmed.

Six stages, one partner

One team coordinates every supplier and every stage, in English, so you don’t have to manage factories across time zones.

  1. 01

    Discovery & NDA

We sign an NDA before you share any details, then review your idea, target cost, quantities, and timeline.

  2. 02

    Engineering & DFM

We refine mechanical, electronics, and AI module choices so the design can be built reliably and affordably.

  3. 03

    Working Prototype in 4 Weeks

Once your requirements are fully confirmed, we deliver a working prototype in 4 weeks for you to test, iterate on, and show to users or investors.

  4. 04

    Tooling & Small-Batch Run

Molds and fixtures are made, followed by a small batch — as few as 50–100 units — to validate quality and test your market.

  5. 05

    Mass Production & QC

Parts are manufactured and assembled across our supply chain, with inspection at each stage.

  6. 06

    Packaging & Shipping

We pack, document, and ship your products to your warehouse, fulfillment partner, or customers.

Tooling takes [X weeks] and mass production [X weeks], depending on complexity. We give you a detailed schedule after the discovery stage.
