FAQ

Frequently asked questions

MOQ, IP protection, timelines, shipping, the $500 sample and what comes next.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Small batches are welcome — runs can be as small as 50–100 units. We also build one-off prototypes. As volumes grow, injection molding becomes more cost-effective; tell us your target quantity and we’ll suggest the most economical approach.

How do you protect my idea and intellectual property?

We sign an NDA before you share any details. We help you file patents in China to prevent copying by Chinese companies, and our legal team supports you if infringement happens. See IP Protection.

How long does it take to go from idea to production?

A working prototype takes 4 weeks once your requirements are fully confirmed. Tooling takes [X weeks] and mass production [X weeks], depending on complexity. We give you a detailed schedule after the discovery stage. See How It Works.

Do you ship outside China?

Yes — our clients are outside China. Backed by our parent company’s 20 years of international trade experience, we handle export packaging, customs documentation, and shipping by sea, air, or express. [Supported shipping terms, e.g. EXW / FOB / DDP].

I only have an idea or a sketch. Can you still help?

Yes. We can start from a sketch, a reference product, or a rough prototype and help develop it into a manufacturable design.

What can I customize in the $500 sample?

The sample is one desktop AI robot built on a proven existing (public-mold) design. You choose the robot’s name, voice, personality, language, and packaging box. The body shape stays the same — a fully new design is part of the Fully New Custom Product option.

How long does the $500 sample take?

The custom sample is delivered in 4 weeks. Shipping time to your country is extra: [Shipping time / cost to be confirmed].

What happens after my sample?

That’s up to you. Some founders order a small OEM batch (50–100 units), some go for a fully new product, and some just use the sample to test, pitch, or run a crowdfunding demo first. There’s no obligation to continue.

How do payments work?
